After purchasing their own dune buggy, they wanted to share the fun, family-friendly activity with others—and Buggin' Out was born. Horrible experience. Complete scam. Dangerous vehicles. I can’t believe Groupon still works with this place. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on Trip Advisor - Google and Yelp before purchasing.

We had a daily rental of a "dune buggy" that was only 2 wheel drive, I couldn't understand how you were supposed to drive these things in the deep sands of Corolla beach without getting stuck. Ours did not run right, it bucked & ran horribly the whole trip, we had to ride approx. 1 hr to drive on a beach & low & behold needed to be towed out by a passerby. Luckily when we got back they gave us some of our money back. They were nice but the vehicle was not. May the next patrons have better luck & a better experience.

We rented a dune buggy for father’s day with our two girls and it was a wonderful experience! We drove up and down almost the whole island and even went off-roading for a bit! It was a blast and I would highly recommend renting a dune buggy if you know how to drive stick! It is definitely a unique and fun family experience!

Do not waste your money, the equipment isn’t safe or up to any real codes I’m sure. My list of complaints on the Jeep we rented is so long I don’t think Groupon gives me enough space. The Jeeps check engine light was on, it didn’t go faster then 10mph on the beach, it broke down twice, my daughters shoes melted to the floor, it over heated, the radio was broke, the tires were bald, seat belt stuck
