What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We wanted to introduce a low calorie frozen dessert to the United States. After perfecting our age old family recipe, it is here.

What do you love most about your job? We love to see the look on everyone's faces when they take their first bite, it reminds us of a small child on Christmas morning.
