Cardio kickboxing allows our awesome members to complete bucket-list type milestones. Many did not believe it was possible but they KICKED !!

We understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.

We also offer Zen Yoga on Saturdays and private group classes for you and your friends, special events, and work groups.
