I went to the office on Oct 24. Then tried to make another appointment and my calls did not go through. Went to the office and was told by another business that they up and moved without paying their rent. Do Not purchase this!

Never answers phone calls or responds to emails. Overall terrible customer service & Poor business practice. Owner does not care for customer satisfaction. Greedy & money driven. Doesn't even pay his staff. I DO NOT recommend! ***Please refer to all recent reviews about this place before making a decision of purchasing anything from them.

I purchased 3 treatments, and when I went to the consult. I was told that I could purchase 15 sessions, and if I wanted I could use Care Credit. Kayla asked if I wanted to fill out the application, and that I had time to think about it before I made a final decision. She ran my credit, and processed the application without getting a final answer from me. I started in 2017, and the staff would call in sick or was late. I tried to finish my treatments this summer, and it was the same thing. The staff would call in sick, and my treatments were not completed. I asked for a refund, and the owner said he would process it. I haven't heard back from the owner, and it has been a month. Check Yelp reviews.

Great place! I bought the 6 session deal and it helped me to lose10 lbs of belly fat. Love this place!
