Zumba with Melissa, Leicester

Zumba works because once you try it, you keep doing it! Many of my students have described my Zumba class as dance therapy. It doesn’t feel like a workout because it’s so much fun. I structure my classes for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required. I’ve been teaching Zumba for five years and I always offer the first class for FREE! Try it and I guarantee it will be like no other workout you’ve done. You’ll burn on average 500-1000 calories in a 60-minute Zumba class and you’ll have fun while doing it! This Zumba class is near and dear to my heart because we have built a small community of support. The class is hosted in a small and intimate dance studio that affords privacy and comfort. It encourages you to dance like no one is watching and make connections with other students that expand outside of the class.
