What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Kris Carper, owner of CrossFit Lewes, is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with more than 20 years of experience as a trainer. She is inspired every day by her clients. Their success and their drive to achieve what was previously unachievable powers her passion for CrossFit.

What do you love most about your job?
The people. The smiles that come when people get their first double under or unassisted pull up. Or when they achieve a personal record on a weight lift. The positive energy experienced every day at the Box.
