Got told that my car need to replace suspension parts before alignment could be done. Got a repair estimate of $700+. I decided to get more quotes, thus left with vehicle alignment NOT done, while the Groupon redeemed (was asked to do so). I went to 2 reliable auto-shops (with 5 stars on Yelp) afterwards to check the suspension, and found no problem at all! So disappointed with this Groupon.

Yichao, we are terribly sorry that you had a bad experience with us and our services. If we see parts that need to be replaced prior to performing an alignment, then we make the customer aware and give them a quote. If the repairs choose not be done, at that point doing an alignment is a waste of money as front end parts play the main role of holding your alignment in place. We tell our customers the problems we see to save their alignment and tires later down the road. Again, we are sorry that you had a bad experience with us and hope we can make it right in the future.
