What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

One of our clients had been so satisfied with our work they had decided to leave us a review in our office. Throughout the repair process, we had constant communication and were able to help facilitate special accommodations specialized for our client. When the vehicle was ready, we provided pickup and delivery to and from our facility and stayed after hours in order for the client to pick up their vehicles before the weekend. Our client was so grateful and ended up referring us to a friend that had ended up repairing their vehicle with us as well.
