What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started out cleaning carpet in 1987 at the age of 17. After seeing the smiles and appreciation of satisfied customers, I knew I was hooked and started my own cleaning service at age 20.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the look on a customers face when the carpet comes out cleaner than they ever expected.
