Lots of happy times ! Well , I met this really hilarious and cool lady on the lobby we were talking and she was petting my frog . (French bulldog) then she proceeded to tell me she was going outside to shovel snow for some money _. Two hours later I go downstairs to get something to eat and she was the lady concierge at the restaurant. I started hysterically laughing.. we both were cracking up. Then she started telling me that she dressed like the Nutcracker on accident. I haven’t laughed this hard with another woman in a long time . Gina and Patty are amazing. The both of them had me crying in tears. I really enjoy coming back to Long Island where I’m from and they made it feel even more like Home. I love u girls ___

AMAZING HOSPITALITY! This rating is long overdue, but a must! My husband and I decided to check out Alllegria hotel to decide if it was the right place to have extended family stay for the holidays. Upon arrival, we were met by the most friendliest hostesss that we have come across in awhile. The hostess, Patti, reassured us that our family would be in good hands here. After a brief conversation with Patti, she sat us at a window table where we were able to take in the beautiful view. Our meals were fantastic, too! It is rare to find such good service and hospitality. Thank you, Patti!

Great hotel and service Although this is the only hotel in the Long Beach area, the hotel has great views, great location, beach access and only 15mins from JFK. Customer service is great, the rooms are accommodating and very clean, the restaurant food and bar is really good. Sharon at the front desk was great. Lauren at the bar was a great server and friendly. The only problem I experienced was when I initially arrived at the hotel at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm to check in, the hotel accommodating me by holding my bags. I actually didn't check in until 2am and the front desk rep was horrible, I understand it's a grave yard shift but Customer service should still be present no matter what time it is. Overall I had a great time and will most likely be back.

Great hotel, location, and STAFF We spent the last few days (Thanksgiving weekend) at the Allegria. The place is beautiful, immaculate, and the setting. But it's the friendly staff that really stood out. We began our stay with a big problem. Expedia made a big mistake with our rooms. Instead of booking us for one room for two nights. It booked us for two rooms on one night, and the night was the NEXT one. And we paid in advanced. In theory we were totally messed up. We paid, but had no place to stay that night and two rooms to stay in on another night. Add to that we couldnt find the confirmation emails that probably would have proved Expedia's mistake. Add to that we arrived the day before Thanksgiving and the hotel was pretty much fulled and a big wedding and other events on the calendar. After the front desk told us that we had a big problem, or 2 or 3, we called Expedia which, although they seemed to try, could not confirm our "story" and couldn't help us out. BUT then the front desk director Ruben Bardales asked us to hand him our cell phone and after about 15 minutes of him explaining and explaining again, he resolved the whole problem. It probably was just a technical glitch but if he hadn't taken over and employed his super friendly yet very official businesslike style, we would have taken the loss of the money and headed out to find another place. It would have been a terrible start to our Thanksgiving holiday. When our kids were young, they loved this movie called HOW ERNIE SAVED CHRISTMAS. If we were remaking it, it would be called HOW RUBEN SAVED THANKSGIVING. Thank you Ruben. We'll be back.

Excellent staff Wonderful staff! I had an issue at check-in that Sharon and Hadiqah resolved quickly and professionally. The stay was pricey, but their outstanding service truly made it worth every dollar. Great stay at the Allegria Hotel Long Beach, LI!
