Love Integration yoga offers a variety of classes, courses & services including a beginners yoga series, open level hatha yoga classes, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, meditation, positive thinking courses, acupuncture, reiki, and vibrational sound healing. The inspiration behind the Love Integration mission was received through the ancient and modern teachings of the yoga practice. Through the active practice of and the vibration of Love we are able to heal ourselves, help others, and nurture the planet.
