They did a terrible job in taking care of my vehicle. I am yet to discover what "detail" means. An exterior wash, interior wipe, tire shine, waxing the engine hood and parts of the sides of the body? parts of the side mirrors still left untouched

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had period. While my car was on the premise overnight for a complete detailing a member of Edwin the owners staff stole parts of my car that were not actually bolted down!!!! I noticed immediately when I went to pick it up and threatened to call the police. Edwin the owner begged me not to and promised he would contact a car dealer and replace the parts of my car. He appeared genuine and so I took him at his word. BIG MISTAKE. Although the charade continued for three weeks over text message with him telling me the parts were coming, they are on back order ect ect. In the end he screwed me.
