Though it's small in stature, Boulder Snowie's tiny, blue 8x5-foot mobile building hauls around an astounding array of shave ice syrups. After packing cups with ice, a kind staffer drizzles the snowy mounds with an eclectic variety of flavors including black cherry, passion fruit, and cream soda. The staffer can even combine multiple syrups to create mixed flavors such as mango tango and root beer float. Five sugar-free flavors are also available. Boulder Snowie's cart can also travel to special events, where it returns 20% of sales back to booster clubs or community charities.
