I have been to many spas in Ktown, but this is by far the best. The facilities are awesome. Free covered parking. It wasn't too crowded the day I went. Limitless towels. Nice gym. On my way out I bought several more passes.

Well equipped but not enough helpers to show you the ropes. Also, made to feel like an outsider because not Korean. People laughed to each other in Korean when I walked away after asking a question on several occasions.
