Lee Garcia has over 35 years of experience in training amateur and professional boxers and Muay Thai fighters. He specializes in solidifying the foundational aspects of striking, building upon the fundamentals to make his clients into complete fighters. He believes in having fun, but his training is not "cardio kickboxing" - the goal is to make his clients "fighters", even if they have no desire to actually compete.
