Not sure why this place has such good ratings ! When I called to make the appt I made it clear I want my golden retriever hair cut short spoke to Will, today when I took her he tells me it will be a short trim , I told him no this is not what we agreed on he said he will do his best I go to pick her up and it’s like they never touched her tells me I can bring her again and they will cut her agian

It is not worth it at all. $75 for a bath. Save your money and go to petco or petsmart. I made an appointment for 4:30pm for after work and they kept calling to reschedule for an earlier time. I paid 45 at Petland and my dog got a haircut and a bath. This place is not worth it. Not even with the Groupon deal.

Everything from drop off to pick that was absolutely perfect!! My dog was extremely happy with his services as well. Jack did an amazing job at grooming my dog. I will definitely be going back as soon as my dog needs another bath!! I recommend Pampered Tails to anyone that needs good, no GREAT grooming. Thank you Pampered Tails!!!!!
