Rise Athletics LA offers boxing classes, jiujitsu classes, and cardio kickboxing classes. Not only do you learn self-defense and striking skills but each class incorporates a strength and conditioning components to make fitness fun. Hit the bags or fine-tune your skills with focus mitts with our coach. Jump in our full-size boxing ring to get the real experience of being a boxer. After you done that you can hit our weight room to get a lift on. Don’t want need classes? Join open gym and feel free to hit any one of our 21 bags or weight room.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Rise Athletics LA started out of a passion for martial arts and jiujitsu and to help those achieve competing goals. Once established it grew in size and began to cater to those who like boxing and general fitness as well.

What do you love most about your job?

The best part about our job is seeing the satisfaction that students get as they improve their skills and increase their confidence overall.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we’ve gotten from the customer is the wide eyed look of amazement when they stepped into our facility. Hidden away in downtown LA, it is an 18,000 square-foot piece of treasure.
