There were not enough hours that were convenient to the customer and my shellac chipped within 48 hours of getting my manicure done. The employees were friendly but I wouldn't go back in the future.

My experience with "gel nails" was better at Master Nails in Brecksville. At the Master Nails Salon, my gel nails would last very close to 3 weeks. When I went to Sassi Nails, I noticed after one week that my manicure was failing. This had never happened to me before.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed. It is five minutes from my house which was great but I did not know where it was because the sign was so small in the window of the tanning salon it is in. I tried to call to find out where it was and the phone just rang and rang and was not answered until I kept trying to call and FINALLY someone picked up the phone and told me she was sorry but it was not set up to roll into a voice mail etc. This is no way to do business!! Here I was driving around in my own neighborhood looking for a sign for 20 minutes!! Never again!
