True Bikram Yoga, Madison

True Bikram Yoga offers over 40 classes a week at studios in downtown New Haven and Madison. At True Bikram, you'll find only Bikram-certified instructors and optimal conditions to reap the maximum benefits this form of hot yoga offers. Every class is open to beginners. Each location has showers and changing rooms, as well as water, coconut water, and fresh pressed juices. An assortment of yoga clothing and accessories are available for purchase.

Memberships allow total access to both studios and the full schedule of Bikram classes, as well as discounts on other class types and special discounts on events and products. Childcare is also available at the Madison studio for an additional cost.
