Approximately 1000 pounds of Epsom salt dissolves into the water of every single pod at The Float Factor. This allows a person to float effortlessly, creating a feeling of weightlessness that eases the strain on muscles and joints—and that's hardly the only benefit. The float pods also reduce outside light and noise, and in this meditative state people often find deep relaxation and creative inspiration. Who knows, you may even be motivated enough to create some of the local artwork that The Float Factor displays on its walls. But the pampering isn't limited to the treatment itself: their pre-treatment prep room is equipped with blow dryers, lotions, and other amenities, while a post-treatment serenity room provides a comfortable place to relax and rehydrate after the session.

In addition to floatation sessions, The Float Factor also offers full spectrum infrared sauna sessions. 30-minute infrared sauna sessions are custom heated to 100–150 degrees, and said to promote everything from metabolism to weight management.
