Better Birth and Wellness is a maternal and family wellness focused center in Union Square, NYC. Our childbirth classes have developed from 25 years of teaching and birth assisting. We've helped thousands of parents get through childbirth education and labor throughout the tri-state area, and frequent all of the local hospitals/birthing centers. We provide current, balanced and comprehensive education that allows all participants to feel supported in their preparation, needs and childbirth choices.
