What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Talitha Dance is centered on building a supportive fitness community. From visiting other fitness instructor's classes, to sharing healthy fitness and nutrition information, Talitha Dance encourages physically and financially sustainable fitness and social support.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Student suggestions of favorite songs and moves are incorporated to make workouts more personal. Material is updated often to keep it fresh and challenging, giveaways positively encourage attendance, and buddy discounts encourage students to bring friends which helps make more personal experiences.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to make working out a regular part of my routine and that led to my becoming a Zumba Instructor. Maintaining my fitness routine by myself was a challenge so I sought to create a community with Talitha Dance to help anyone stick to their plan and meet their fitness goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to move to the music. Even before becoming a Zumba Instructor I would dance "out loud" by myself waiting on the train, walking home, anywhere really! Now, I love having a group of fellow movers to party with during our Zumba workouts. Keeping fit is so much more fun with others!
