What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
"Bollywood" is a name given to the ever popular Mumbai-based film industry in India. Bollywood dancing encompasses hip hop, classical and modern fusion elements of dance to high energy beats. This style of dancing is high in demand after gaining worldwide recognition in the last decade.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Choose from a variety of classes to fit your mood, lifestyle and physical capacity! Bollywood Barre is a low impact, low energy class that focuses on toning and creating lean muscle, whereas Bollywood High Energy fitness classes are more cardio based. We also offer adult and child dance lessons.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After dancing and performing for more than 25 years, I moved to the RGV after marriage and decided to bring my culture with me! In intertwining the discipline of classical dance with the trends of today's Bollywood pop culture, I am able to appeal to students of all ages, skill levels and background

The ability to make a difference in one's active lifestyle and to create a passion for well being and physical activity through the art of dance!
