The Holistic Health Center of Dallas was founded by our naturopthic doctor, Meagan Purdy, ND. She moved to the area when she recognized a great need for this type of health care. She utilizes custom herbal blends, supplement recommendations, homeopathics, and nutritional counseling to help our patients heal While patient care is a huge part of what we do, helping both patients and non-patients engage in self-care is a huge part of our mission. We were recommending infrared sauna so often to aid in healing that we expanded to include it in our offerings. Patients get better after a good sweat, period. And of course, we open our sauna to non-patients as well. We are still a very small business with only a few employees, so you will be greeted by a familiar face each time you're here.
