That is what we are about here at Butterfly Effect Aerial Yoga, we are the small action that can lead to big changes. Our rigs are meant to be set up in parks and outdoor settings allowing us to take full advantage of the beautiful Arizona weather. Aerial yoga incorporates traditional yoga poses with the support and fun of an aerial silk, similar to what you may have seen in circus performances or shows. We offer various different types of classes and we are for ALL body types, ages and people. We are thrilled to help you on your fitness journey. Class sizes are limited which gives the instructor the opportunity to work with each student one on one and help you build better form and strength. With the new changes in our world today we are always able to practice social distancing and all equipment is checked for safety and sanitized after every class. We offer classes to stretch and energize you so that you have that extra boost to get through the day and we have strength-building workouts that will leave you feeling all your muscles and all of this is offered with the beauty and elegance of the aerial hammock. All classes will have variations that make it possible for all levels to be in one class and you'll see your strength build as you gain the ability to stretch further and confidence to try new tricks, flips, and inversions.
