Amazing service! Hectic/busy! But they manage well. Go ready to a 2 hours period to complete the C02 laser treatment. Forms, numbing, wait. But all great! Recovery was 2 days!

I was very disappointed with my experience. No one asked why I was there or what specific areas I wanted to focus on — they only tried to sell me an extra service. The session lasted less than 15 minutes, and they didn’t treat my entire face or neck, leaving several areas untouched. I also have acne marks that other clinics usually cover more thoroughly to help improve, but here they didn’t even mention them. Overall, it felt rushed and sales-driven rather than caring. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

Horrible experience. Read my review on Yelp. Customer care is poor. I had to help an elderly woman find her mobile voucher which should’ve been her assistants job. So many people were waiting past their appointment times. There’s no bathroom & Nora told me I only bought 1 Laser treatment when my voucher clearly said the 3laser sessions. It’s your typical Miami sweat shop located in a hair salon.

purchased a CO, laser treatment through Groupon and believe this business is operating fraudulently. They advertise having an office in Brickell, but I was redirected to a salon suite in Sunny Isles where no staff were present. I attempted to contact them multiple times by phone, but each time I was told no one was aware of my appointment or purchase. This experience appears deceptive and misleading to consumers. I strongly caution others to exercise care before doing business with this company.

Hi Gabriel , Our business has been open since 2016 we service many locations. Our Main Location is in Sunny Isles . We are fully services Medical & Beauty Spa . Our medical rooms are clear with a special entrance. We have Aesthetics, massage, laser, facial room. Our second half is the beauty and cosmetic sections. We over 15 employees including Doctors , NPS, & beauty specialists. We service Sunny Isles hotels for spa services. As for your concern, you have been here for a package of laser. You have used your first session. Therefore, we can't refund a third party offer you have used. Also, you have showed up with no appointment, we don't take walk ins for laser. You asked for staff members that are not available on the day you walked in. Appointments were offered to you and refused the dates. Also, you showed up with an address that is not our location, and you are claiming to have us there. Please call and book your appointment on the days we are available and please show up at the correct location. Thank You
