Lola's Gourmet, Miami

Ernesto and Lola Lefranc hail from Malaga, and settled on Miami as their home-away-from-home. it wasn't long after settling into the States that they decided to open Lola's Gourmet. Here, the couple specializes in Spanish tapas, fixing up small plates of fried garbanzo beans, Iberian ham, or fried chorizo. They also assemble a menu full of Spanish entrees, including seafood paella or lamb shank cooked in a red wine sauce. Whether guests are enjoying a small tapas plate or a hearty meal, live music takes the stage and provides entertainment for each meal.
