About KTR Midvale

If the world suddenly turns into one big action movie, then the regulars at KTR Family Action Sports Centers are going to be more than ready for it. Those initials—KTR—stand for "kids that rip," but the action sports center welcomes children and adults alike into the facility: a sprawling complex that has areas for general fitness, skateboarding, parkour, dance, dodgeball, and a whole lot more. The onsite café fuels up visitors for their next extreme activity, such as working up the strength to get up from the table.

There was barely any staff monitoring the kids, and older kids were so mean to my little boy. I told the staff and they said they couldnt do anything about it. Super frustrating. That place has gone down hill.

Worst service I've ever experienced at this place. All the employees are little kids, they barely look like they are 14, therefore know NOTHING about customer service at all. The female owner is disgraceful, and very unprofessional, treating customers and their children like garbage. The place is constantly FILTHY! I've seen on multiple occasions, that some of the kid employees were smoking on their ecigs or whatever they're called nowadays, right out in the open & in the bathrooms, as if they're above the law. I would never pay to go there EVER. My kids had been invited to a few birthday parties there which was the only reason we were there those few times. Highly disappointing, especially since this is supposed to be a kid/family oriented environment. Also, on one visit there was a small misunderstanding while checking in, that coukd have easily been avoided with proper communication & customer service skills being used appropriately. The kid behind the register actually started raising his voice at me, he became loud enough that my kids got scared and started crying, because they have never been around anyone who behaves that toxic kind of way in front of them. Overall. I give this place a ZERO rating and highly reccomend you think twice, three times before wasting so much money on a terrible, unfriendly, dirty, toxic, and dangerous place. There are several other jump places throughout the valley that exceed all expectations, at a lower or similar price, with way more fun stuff to do inside for the kids, and are much more family oriented.

It’s pretty clean as far as these types of places go. Lots of highly accessible and other challenging things to do. The skate park was so fun for my daughter on her scooter. The zip line could be better/tweaked but that’s my only complaint-and it was still enjoyable. Recommend. We will come again!
