The Mansion is as it is listed, but my wife and I didn't stay as we were very concerned about the area. It is surrounded by many boarded up houses and the crime statics for this area were alarming to us. Also, there are no stores or restaurants even remotely close.One note: We do live in the city of Chicago and are not nerves nelly's.

Overall, this was pretty unpleasant. We rented two rooms. There was no hot water in one of the rooms and the toilet was stopped up. We paid an additional fee for the tour but found the owner so overbearing that we left early without taking it. We felt uncomfortable and on edge during our stay. I felt this was way over priced even with the Groupon discount. This was a huge disappointment. We won't be back.
