Hi there! We're a local shop focused on the people of our community. We always strive to help others to make our world a better place, one shoe or luggage (or vacuum) at a time. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Over 20+ years ago, I started this business with the idea to fix shoes and leather goods such as travel/hand bags, belts and the like. As time went on, the vision grew to help people with more (like service appliances - vacuums, etc). In an ever changing tech world, we've remained ancient. Visit us!

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to fix and repair things. I love to try and help people with their needs. In a world full of problems, I believe that we were placed on this earth to help others. We are the problem solvers of the world! My favorite part of the day is seeing a happy customer smile.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
After working in the business as long as I have, you see many ups and downs. When customers are satisfied, I've seen are they are so happy that they either buy me lunch or cry from joy because I've just helped fix a dilemma in their lives. And, of course, they sing many praises of my work to others.
