After purchasing the groupon, while making an appointment for the service, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 because I have a two story house. The ad only asks about square footage when determining price. The fine print mentions an addition equipment fee. "Some additional equipment fees may be charged at the time of service. Anything above 4,000 square feet will be an additional $50 per 1,000 square feet." My house is under 1700 sqft. No additional equipment was used. Beware of this additional charge when shopping! The technician was professional and pleasant, unfortunately arrived two and a half hours later than 9:00am appointment time

I would never use or do business with this company again. Took an extremely long time just to get scheduled. And then there was the unprofessional staff they sent out. And of course there will be additional charges when they come out.

The person who did the job was excellent. Very professional and did a great job. Office staff called to confirm but then did not return my text to answer questions. I had to contact her about additional payment and to discuss additional service. She didn't seem to care.
