This was my first time having acupuncture done and it was a great experienced. We went over what pain I had and where then he put the needles in gently. It didn't hurt! After twenty minutes of the needles and electricity he did cupping and then more needles on my wrist and one on my face. It felt great. I'm coming back here and making it part of my routine! :-)
