Sunsations Tanning St John's, Paradise

My groupon was expired but Sunsations did honour it with np problems. I received a spray tan and with a little left over on the coupon I also purchased a purse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Sunsations to anyone considering a spray tan or any other service at this location. Thanks Groupon and Sunsations.

When I purchased the Groupon, it was to be used before my trip to Mexico in August. I had my appointment scheduled the day before I left on my trip. The evening before I was scheduled I received a call stating they had no tanning solution and wanted to reschedule me for the following week. I said it was impossible as I was leaving for my trip the next day. If I had known I wouldn't have received the tan prior to my trip I would never have purchased the Groupon. I didn't have any reason to use this but I didn't want to be out the money so I scheduled an appointment in preparation for New Year's Eve. I knew the groupon soon expired and I would not get two tans in before expiry but the lady that made the appointment said that the groupon didn't expire, she would log it in and I would be entitled to my second tan in the New Year. When I went to the appointment on December 29th, the young girl behind the desk said the Groupon was expired and I could only get the value of what I paid ($25.00). One spray tan was $31.00, so I owed $6.00. I was not entitled to the second spray tan. Very disappointed as my original reason for getting this groupon was for my trip to Mexico and it was the fault of this business as why the groupon wasn't honoured at that time.
