Green Monkey is a great place to practice yoga for all levels. There are many classes to choose from with offerings 7 days a week. Highly reccommended.

I went once No one even noticed that I went to a restorative class It wasn't like any restorative class I've been to before I went home and could hardly move for 3 days Teacher NEVER corrected my posture or even came over even though I was struggling Lots of young people at the desk who could have cared less that I was there
