Meet the Captain: Phil Haley

• Qualifications: Phil is a US Coast Guard-certified Captain
• Experience: Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Captain Haley has been fishing the local waters of Collier County for more than a quarter-century. Tarpon Tamper set out on its first voyage in 1996.
• About the Company's Name: It's actually the name of the boat. Tarpon Tamer is a 24-foot Sea Hunt bay boat that comfortably seats up to six people. It also has a T-top for shade.
