Negative experience all around. I showed up for an 11:00 appointment, wasn’t called in until 11:45. I was there for Dysport for my forehead, but the technician tried to talk me into something that would enlarge my lips. I received the dysport treatment after declining the lip injections. Two months later, it has completely wore off. I’ve had dysport before, in the exact same quantities, in the exact same location that has lasted for 6 months +. I’m calling scam.

I apologize for any dissatisfaction. We go over all procedures that guests list they are interested in during their first visit! Next time, please let us know if you feel you were not fully satisfied with your service so we can rectify the situation. After DYSPORT® is injected into the muscles that control facial expression, the medicine stops the tightening of these muscles for up to 4/5 months (this can be found on company website).

This was a total rip-off. I was pressured to buy 3 procedure package or it wouldn’t work in one treatment. I didn’t even have any redness or heat on my face. I have had this treatment a few years ago and I was red and pealed within a couple days! Beautiful results. I will never go here again!

We apologize for your dissatisfaction. For patients to get the best IPL results, it is generally recommended that patients receive, on average, 4 – 6 treatments scheduled four weeks apart. Why do most patients need more than one IPL session? Every IPL treatment builds upon the previous one, allowing the skin to react gradually. It is not that 1 procedure does not work, it is just hard to show a change when there is no consistency.
