F45 Training - Natick, Natick

F45 Training takes a holistic approach to training, combining, and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. HIIT workouts with strengthening and conditioning programs alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body to strive to create a unique, functional method of training. To date, F45 has trained the likes of Hugh Jackman for his ‘Wolverine’ role, Ricky Martin, Nicole Richie and most recently Mark Wahlberg has invested in the company and brought along his friends to workout with him - Mario Lopez, Baker Mayfield, and Calvin "Megatron" Johnson to name a few.
