As a life coach, Reiki practitioner, and licensed massage therapist, Concepta McNamara loves helping her clients transform for the better. At Mind and Massage, she focuses on reducing clients' pain and anxiety, increasing their energy, and helping them unwind through massage therapy. Clients begin by choosing a gentle Swedish massage or a massage that uses firm, deep-tissue pressure.
