Terrific Massage & Wellness Spa, New Braunfels

Well everything was great except I had a bit of a problem getting onto the bed (way too high) but it all worked out in the end.

I'm a tough cookie when it comes to customer service due to my background. I'm also a retired ballet instructor & am very picky with massage therapists who don't know anatomy very well or spend an equal time on opposing sides of the body. I couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with Terrific Massage or with my therapist, Becky. I'm new to the area & shop around for personal services before deciding but it's nice to know I don't need to do that here. I bought a Groupon & made my appointment at the New Braunfels location. When I was verifying my appointment I learned that it was actually at the Schertz location, which I wasn't thrilled with due to the longer drive. I'll take that mistake any day with the massage I received! I can't brag enough how good Becky was (and yes-no one asked me to write this up). I believe in giving credit when it is due. Becky's pressure was spot on & I didn't feel any pain or soreness during or after the massage like I have experienced at other massage businesses. Even the woman behind the desk was professional and obviously liked working here. No need for me to look any further. I'm a customer of Terrific Massage as long as I can!
