At 15 years old, Dr. Jonathan Cohen knew he would one day become a chiropractor. A family friend—and practicing chiropractor—saw his inner drive and adopted him as a protégé. While most teens were out at the mall or playing frisbee with test-prep books, Dr. Cohen spent his afternoons and weekends learning inside the chiropractor’s office.

Now, after almost 20 years as a chiropractor in the Grand Central area, Dr. Cohen is excited to practice in the neighborhood he and his family have lived in for 25 years. He uses a four-point treatment plan—chiropractic adjustments, posture improvement, core strengthening, and massage therapy—to restore spines to optimal health. He also works to remove pressure and pinches on nerves, and he has helped eliminate lower-back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and numbness in arms and hands.
