Raised by the matriarch of her family in a small Mexican village, Panchita grew up cooking simple yet delicious traditional dishes. As an adult, she migrated her family from Mexico to the United States, and began experimenting with the flavors of her new surroundings. The result? Panchita's Place, a Tex-Mex celebration of two cuisines.
