Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every client has different reactions to different styles of motivation. I look to analyze my clients to see what makes them tic and what keeps them going.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This business has been a life long dream. I have dedicated myself to learn from the best by training with the best, as a fighter, so that I can pass on not only learned knowledge, but ideas developed from my personal experience as a fighter as well.

What do you love most about your job?
Progress. I love seeing my students/clients get better and stronger.
