Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? WARRIOR FITNESS Classes are for ages 13 and up. (Children under 13 may participate with parent and coach approval.)

Our own experiences as worldwide martial arts professionals around the world, we want everyone to know that they too can get the "eye of the tiger" and reach their dreams!. Each class with WFM WARRIOR FITNESS provides you an ACTION PACKED, sweat pouring, STRESS relieving, POWER punching workout you can’t get anywhere else for the “bored with the GYM scene” legendary WARRIOR, deep inside us all!

We came to this looking for an entertaining family experience. It turned out to be a poorly veiled marketing attempt by the karate studio that conducted it. Communication with the studio was very difficult and we didn’t receive the light sabers until our fifth visit after repeated requests. Wouldn’t recommend this studio for this program. WFM has not returned my countless phone calls, when I am able to get through to them they tell me they will schedule my son for the class that I purchased but they will have to call me with the dates (then never call me), and they have yet to send me the email information that they said they would send 3 different times now.
