We ended up on one of the smaller harbor cruise boats and it was so nice because it was small and felt calm and quiet with just enough holiday cheer. We had 11 people in our family and we all loved it. We arrived an hour early and the kids kept busy on the Newport boardwalk on rides and visiting shops.
