They just moved to a new location with a much larger group fitness room. If you like Les Mills programs, you will love their instructors & space.

Evan and Gaby were both very nice and welcoming - it was my first time doing cross fit so Evan stayed with me the whole time and gave me instructions and made sure I was doing things right. Gaby made me feel very welcome and assured me that I should not be worried about it being my first time when I walked in. Its a no nonsense gym where people are there to workout...I loved it! Music choices were good too!
