What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Factory is a place where athletes are made.It is the only 20,000 sq.ft. indoor facility within a 30 mile radius that offers batting cage practice in both baseball and softball at various speed levels. It is home to many professional and former MLB players that offer personalized instruction.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
An adult must accompany any minor under the age of 12. No one under the age of 5 may use the batting cages. A signed participation agreement must be submitted upon redemption of deal.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Factory is dedicated to helping children and adults achieve their own personal goals. We want to offer the tools and instruction to teach the fundamentals and mechanics and develop good habits needed in reaching your personal best.

What do you love most about your job?
The ability to provide a service that allows individuals to gain confidence and positive relationships through good sportsmanship and teamwork. Participating in sports requires social skills, discipline and commitment which later translates into success at every level. That's our mission.
