LA Pilates is a facility, which provides Gravity Reformer-based group Pilates classes. The dynamic sessions are available at a variety of levels and at multiple class times: since Pilates can be modified to provide either a gentle strength training program or a challenging workout, most participants have no problem with this form of exercise. It is also beneficial for rehabilitation from an injury because it promotes agility and good posture by strengthening the core and toning the body.
