No shows and other issues, has been 8 months and I cannot still get my last service though she promised to be there Sunday at 3 (April 8)

Sorry but our schedule sometime could not meet she stay going out of town and I work two jobs my schedule is scheduled for months sometimes and she stay out of town that’s why it took so long to service her four visits but I gave her three visits and like she said I suppose to come finish last visit on April 8 but I was running late cleaning another customer house I call her and she start yelling at me like I’m a kid and I didn’t appreciate it her yelling at me and I felt uncomfortable so I suggested if she have a problem wit my company please call Groupon and now she put up a bad review about me.

She cancelled twice after asking for a picture of my groupon, redeemed it then told me it would cost more money to come clean.

Sorry but this customer misunderstood she stays a hour away from my office and I suggested if she need our company to come clean that far it will be a driving distance charge.I have to redeem it to get paided from Groupon and we cancelled one time for the weather being bad, sorry we could not help this customer and make her happy .

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Bobbie just complained the whole time on how Groupon takes all the money and she doesn't make anything coming for these. All she does the whole time is try to get you to pay her more money. She rescheduled every visit except the first one, but was an hour late to that one. I bought 4 visits, but couldn't do them all, I did not have the stomach for her passed 2

Im so sorry u feel like this but your house was extra extra dirty its was not at all basic cleaning it needs deep cleaning really bad and yes its extra when its consider deep cleaning and u must did not understand that and im so so sorry i said u could get a refund from groupon and have another cleaning company come clean and they will tell u the same it needs deep deep cleaning bad and i had a health promble and thats why i rescheduled one time sorry u feel this way and never late on time. Im calling to come finish the rest visit but never no answer, i never was nothing but professional to him he was just hard to deal wit but still tried my best to stay professional and nice to him to explain things.He was just a hard person to deal wit and i still try to do my best im sorry we had a bad experience.
