Start with a warm-up and move into eight rounds of high-intensity boxing or kickboxing group training classes led by motivational instructors; finish with core, strength, and stretching. Complete your workout in 60 minutes and burn up to 1,000 calories!

To develop a high-intensity fitness workout while providing a unique and specialized environment for like members to gather together to build a community of health and fitness.
