I have gone for several massages at this establishment. Always a very positive result. This time was an even better experience with the head and shoulders massage
My only complaint is the miscommunication I have with the front personnel.
I was charged an additional $35.00 fee for having a Groupon which was given to me as a gift.
I was told that since I was an established customer I needed to pay

Very happy with the overall experience. They had relaxing spa music playing. Clean facilities. I went with the mink eyelashes, which was $20 dollars extra, 11mm DollEyes, I think it's still a good deal and worth it. Yes, there is a sign about recommended tipping practices, But there are no high pressure tactics.
